Nantucket Custom Flooring, a trusted leader in hardwood flooring industry for nearly 20 years, is proud to announce a significant milestone. Brian Savo, founder and president, has officially welcomed his son, Michael, into the company as he prepares to take on a leadership role and guide the business into the future.
Having grown up around the business, Michael brings both a deep-rooted understanding of the company’s values and a fresh perspective. In his new role as Project Manager, he will work closely with his father to ensure a smooth transition while continuing to uphold the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
“This company has always been more than just a business—it’s been a family legacy,” said Savo. “Seeing Michael step into this role is incredibly meaningful. I’m confident he will continue to build on what we’ve created and take it to new heights.”
Michael expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity, stating, “It’s a privilege to carry forward the legacy my father has established. I look forward to building on our strong foundation, strengthening relationships with our customers, and continuing to grow the company while staying true to our core values.”
The transition marks an exciting new chapter for Nantucket Custom Flooring, blending tradition with innovation as the next generation steps forward. Customers and partners can expect the same dedication and service they have come to depend on, along with new ideas that will support the company’s continued success.
